Hoop Dance is a free form of expression. With the hoop, your unconditional dance partner, you playfully create a full body work out. Step by step you learn to master to hoop 'on- and off-body'. On Body is hoop dancing around the whole body. Off Body means all movements outside the body. Between on and off body are transitions, that link together all movements. Hoop Dance gives you the freedom to dance and move how you want. Improvise, experiment and discover your own flow. FlowMies teaches hoop classes in Eindhoven. In a course you'll learn a wide range of tricks, combos and sequences. This way you learn to dance free with the hoop. Discover and enrich your flow during the lessons.
The FlowMies BASICS/INTERMEDIATES course is for total beginners, hoop dancers that want to clean up their basics and learn new moves. We're going to learn various moves ON & OFF body, combine them in short sequences and learn to dance free with the hoop. Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. The FlowMies INTERMEDIATES/ADVANCED course covers covers many varied moves to enrich your Hoop Flow. The advanced course is for hoopers who have followed the FlowMies Basics/Intermediate course or who have already mastered on- and off-body hooping by themselves. Perfect for hoopers looking for a challenge and that want to expand their flow. Aside from all the new tricks/combos/sequences there will be time to dance, improvise and experiment to grow your own flow. you like to learn specific moves or combos?
