Flow along with this workshop special in Eindhoven!
Experience the power, joy and movement meditation of hoop dance! This workshop is a perfect chance to try-out hoop dance.
Dance free during the flow jam and exchange your skills with other hoopers. Be inspired by the various hoopers / flow artists around you!
Put on your dance outfit and bring your favourite flow tools.
Level try-out: Beginners / intermediates
Besides hooping on your core, we’re going to create a flowy dance combo with the hoop.

LOCATION
Strijp-S / grass field at Ketelhuisplein, Eindhoven
Free parking at Anthony van Leeuwenhoeklaan (10 minutes walking).
In case of rain we dance at a covered spot outdoor close by.

Your spot is booked after registration. We dance with a max. amount, so register in time.
The after flow jam is for free, but good to let us know when you are joining because of the location switch when it rains.
