HOOP JOURNEYS<\/strong>
\nShow Yourself through your Hoop Dance!<\/h2>\n

Explore and express yourself through your hoop dance with the FlowMies Hoop Journeys program.<\/span><\/span> This unique performance coaching program is led by Michelle Verhoeks.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We will create a performance together, showcasing each person’s own hoop journey.<\/span><\/span> It will consist of three evenings on Mondays from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM \/ 10:00 PM, plus one rehearsal and performance afternoon on Sunday, December 21st.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This program offers deepening of your dance vocabulary, choreography, and exploration of expression based on a unique theme.<\/span><\/span> The performance will consist of a narrative dance with the group, choreographic moments, and a short solo.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You will have the opportunity to shine through your hoop journey, support each other, and express yourself.<\/span><\/span> We will create a performance flow together to a song and connect through the group performance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\nAfternoon program: Hoop Journeys, Moving Stories performance (in collaboration with Janneke Bexkens), cacao ceremony, and dance evening.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\n– Deepening your (hoop) dance skills in terms of choreography\/performance qualities and technique.<\/span><\/span>

\n– Photos and videos of the performance
\n– A super fun and inspiring afternoon where you’re part of a larger program.<\/span><\/span>
