Perfect for indoors / normal ceilings.
Experience a transformational guided hoop flow meditation focused on your personal intentions, playful improvisation practices, graceful dance combos and moving into a empowering hoop choreography.
Transformative Flow is focused on your desires. You’ll be guided in a playful movement meditation practices where you dance with your intentions. Visualize your desires, explore new directions to move to and let go what is not serving anymore. Be invited to dive into a deeper embodied hoop flow.
We move during the classes into a creative hoop dance choreography. Experience the power of intentional movements in a dance. You’ll be guided into integrating the full body, relaxing ripple effects, graceful transitions and some spicy hoop combos!
What you need: comfortable dance clothes, multiple sizes hoops (one bigger around 32 – 40″ and one smaller around 26-32″)
Be ready to grow in your flow and discover the infinite possibilities in the Hoop!
LEVEL: intermediates / advanced. This workshop is for hoop dancers who know the basics On & Off body and want to dive into deeper flow explorations and sequences.

EXTRA PRIVATE CLASS
There are only 6 spots open to register in combination with a private class. This option will give you the most guidance to integrate everything what you’ll learn during this course. The private class will be an extra guide in your hoop dance desires and to learn specific tricks & combos you love!
